The Process

1. Consultation & Quotation
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your needs and vision. Following this, I’ll provide a tailored quotation outlining the scope of design work, including planning submission services.
2. Home Survey & Initial Designs
Once agreed, I’ll conduct a full survey of your property, taking precise measurements to create accurate existing plans. From there, I’ll draft initial design layouts for us to review together.
3. Detailed Plans & Refinements
With your approval, I’ll develop detailed layouts, elevations, and refined designs in 2D, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations.
4. Planning Submission & Approval
I’ll prepare and submit all necessary plans to the Local Planning Authority, liaising with officials to facilitate approvals and address any required adjustments.
