This family home had ample floor space but lacked the flow needed for modern living. After considering a move several times, the clients decided to stay and reimagine their home to better suit their needs. The existing large double garage, which had been underutilised as storage, became a key focus. By reconfiguring the layout and repositioning the stairs, we created a more functional and spacious layout for their growing family. The former garage is now a stunning lounge and cinema room, while the home now features four generously sized bedrooms, two with en-suites. A carefully considered change in fenestration brings in more natural light, transforming the space. The result is a beautifully reworked home that perfectly blends style and functionality.
